At ACI Aronno, we are committed to ensuring you love your fashion choices; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. All returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ACI Aronno account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack the Garments

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
